The Correctional Leaders Association (CLA) conducted its 2026 Officer Elections on Friday, July 31, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time. A total of 42 members participated in the election, including 31 members voting in person and 11 members participating via Zoom.

The membership elected the following officers to serve in CLA leadership roles:

President

Lindsay Wallace (AR) was elected President.

Vice President

Bobby Lumpkin (TX) was elected Vice President.

Treasurer

Laurel Harry (PA) was elected Treasurer.

In addition to the officer elections, the CLA membership approved the following individuals as Associate Members:

• Angel Quiros (CT)
• Annette Chambers-Smith (OH)
• John Hamm (AL)
• Wayne Salisbury (RI)
• Ricky Dixon (FL)

CLA congratulates the newly elected officers and Associate Members and thanks all members who participated in the 2026 election process. We look forward to their leadership and continued contributions to the association.
