Our 2nd annual Deputy Directors Conference will build upon the success of the previous year, making it a valuable experience for both returning attendees who joined us last year and newcomers who are attending for the first time.

This conference is for:
DOC Deputy Directors, CLA Gold Partners, and CLA Associates connected to a Gold Company

Please note, a DOC deputy means the second in command, the person(s) that would be left in charge if the director were unavailable. There is no restriction on the number of deputies each department can send.

This conference aims to:

  1. allow an opportunity to network with peers in similar roles
  2. provide opportunities for the second in command to learn the skills to take the next step
  3. better prepare those to impact change and make an impact on their department

Tentative Schedule:
Here's the provisional schedule. Stay tuned to this link for further updates on the agenda.

Registration:
Each attendee must register for the event. There is no limit on the number of DOC deputies that can attend. To secure your spot, please don't delay and register by December 20th.
